All prices on our page are listed in USD, prices may be discounted or increased throughout the year.

Payments must be delivered before we can start the commission.

Number of revisions will depend on each artist - please contact them for more inquiries!

No major changes to the art after the base colours have been added.

Commissions will be progressed in the order of their arrival.

We will always try to complete commissions within the discussed time frame from the beginning sketches.

Rush fee is +50% of the original cost.

Refunds are not permitted at all if we have started the commission, this includes sketches or designs that have already been made.

Refunds are permitted if we have not yet started the commission within 2 weeks of the order being confirmed. Please just discuss further details with the artist of your choice!

VFOURA retains original copyright and ownership of the art, which includes advertising, and displaying the work on my websites, social media, and portfolios.

We can stream the process or post WIPs of the commission on any social media. If you haven't revealed your OC/model yet and would like to keep it a secret, We're happy to wait till after the model is revealed to post artwork, just let me know. NDA fee is +$100usd

The use of our artworks as NFTs (non-fungible tokens) or in AI learning is strictly prohibited.

Emotes and streaming assets include commercial use rights for streaming purposes.

Payment plans for model art is available and is different between each artist. Please contact them personally for more information with their payment plans.

We will only begin the art until at least HALF of the payment has been made!

Must credit us as their model artist on all social media it's used on.

Model art can be resold but not for more than the original cost.

Art can not be modified by another artist unless spoken to us about it first.

A maximum of 5 revisions is allowed. Every change that has not been described during the design stage will result in an extra fee between $5-50. If the error was our mistake then it will not cost an extra fee.

Model art takes a lot of blood, sweat and tears. It may take up to 4 months to complete, depending on the complexity of the designs and what extra expressions/toggles you wanted! We are only HUMAN so do not expect crazy fast delivery times. 4 months is only an estimate, may be shorter or longer.

Please keep in mind that we are new to making Live2D art and may not be experienced as others, we are still relatively new to drawing and will always be improving. Please do not compare us to other artists (it'll hurt our feelings loll). Thank you for ur consideration!
